According to the web photo and my confirmation I ordered a beautiful arrangement in a vase for my grandfathers funeral in Florida that I was unable to attend. The flowers were supposed to arrive by 11:30 and didn't show up until 1pm when the service was ending at 1:30pm Then when I asked how they looked I was told that a tiny bouquet showed up in a wicker basket. I was also told by relatives that mine was the smallest arrangement when in fact I ordered the deluxe version of the arrangement. I would never order from Flowershopping.com again. 1295858
