At one point in the conversation he said ok then hung up on me. I called him back & said I was not finished & had intended on buying flowers as soon as I received answers to my 2 or 3 questions. He said ok then he a few seconds later he did it again a third time, at this point I made mention of his behavior to which he replied "I don't have to sit here while you tell me how I'm reacting to you". I responded in shock & was appalled by his rudeness & lack of professionalism to a potential customer. I tried to expound on my feelings to say this was unacceptable customer service, when I was again interrupted for a 4th time as he continued to rant about his position as the owner of the company, as if somehow this excused his malevolence. Until my resolution is achieved with this company I have no intention of ever doing business with them & will expose them for the indecency I've received as a result. 12957ef

Not only did this company fail to complete a very important order in a PROFESSIONAL time and manner but also have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spoke to both Corine and Claudia, neither were able to help with my order or give me information on whom to contact furthermore. I look forward to speaking with the OWNER of flowershopping.com. Not the manager, not the supervisor, but THE OWNER to discuss my horrible experience. However, by other AWFUL reviews I hear he has just as bad of customer service! |

Written by No Name on June 21, 2011 from charlottesville, virginia, US This company does false advertising, says they will deliver same day and it is done a day later with a subsitute when we checked no substitutes. When we called to complain we were offered 20% and keep the palnt (couldn't because it won't live outside, for a grave)when I talked with customer service the guy Bob 888-445-8828 and he became correctly rude (abrupt rude) because I refused to except a 1 week delay in the plant I ordered without proper compensation for their false advertising (they do not carry everything they display and guarrentee delivery) and the inconvenience. I will never use this company again. |
