I ordered flowers from Flowershopping.com. I placed an order 24 hours in advance and even paid the extra 14 dollars for delivery and 7 dollars sur-tax that was not disclosed and they still failed to deliver on my anniversary. The flowers themselves were 66 and my order ended up to 88 dollars. Then they called at 2 hours after they were supposed to deliver and wanted the person receiving to call and verify they were home to receive them". Kinda blows any surprise, but I called and confirmed she was home but they would accept that/. Flowershopping?.com force me to tell recipient she was getting flowers and have her call to verify she was home|. I did so and before the recipient got through on the call, Flowershopping:.com called to say the delivery driver is done for the day and can't deliver! I told them how badly they let me down and they did not seem to care:. At this point, i am still out the money, without anniversary Flowers and can't get them to her since she is 5 hours away from me at this time,. Flowershopping|.com let me down, badly!

I was promised they would arrive the next day first thing in the morning. At 1pm the next day they weren't there. I called and the woman told me they were on a van. Total LIE! There actually was no answer at the flower shop. She gave me a fake name as I found out on my third call. She promised a partial refund that I never got. I finally got a full refund but I would never go back! |
